To our US customers - all of our parcels are sent using the PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) service, which means that we pay all tariffs to Royal Mail before posting anything. Royal Mail then transfers this payment to US customs so you don't have to worry about any additional or hidden costs. What you pay on Etsy is total price for the product including tariffs. Do let us know if you have any queries about this.
All models are 3D printed in grey resin and are sold unpainted. Please note that these models may require assembly.
As our products are made to order there is a dispatch time of 10 working days. If you require your purchase quicker, please let us know and we will do utmost to send your order earlier where possible.
Artillery models and vehicles are sold without crew unless stated otherwise. Infantry models are sold without bases.
We also take commission printing orders, if there are any digital files you would like printed, please get in contact with us.
